The controversial “home information pack”  HIPS or Sellers pack act is just around the corner. This will affect Buying and Selling your home.

    HIPs are now on the market for 4 bedroom houses or bigger and on a few days time (10th of September) they are rolling out to the 3 bedroom homes too.
